To be registered as a Naturopathic Doctor with the Yukon Association of Naturopathic Doctors, the following is required:
- the passing of national/provincial board exams in a regulated province or territory
- being a member in good standing with the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors
- maintaining malpractice insurance
- having had a criminal records check for working with vulnerable populations
- No prior orders or convictions for professional misconduct in any other jurisdiction
